^o^ This is Izumi Lio, a Shinigami from Full Moon O Sagashite collecting a soul! Once I saw his new costume I decided to do some fanart, but I also really wanted to draw the sweeter side of Izumi. @_@ It ended up like this because I eventually decided that the costume called for a more sinister experssion. The serries is actually coming to a close(one more book! ToT) so I felt that now would be the opertune time.
